Chefully was founded by Chef Ulisses Jr, originally from Brazil and based in NYC. Passing through multiple award-winning restaurants such as Pellegrino’s 50 Best, Michelin Guide, and The NY Times in his 10+ year career in the culinary industry. Chef Uli has been acquiring knowledge from many types of cuisines, and his main focus for this project is to bring the best restaurant dining experience that you could have in the comfort of your home. With a big influence coming from Japanese and Latin flavors, he utilizes classic techniques and modern New American tweaks to bring all cultures together in harmony.
